With years of experience working with children and families, Bethany brings a unique perspective to the world of pageantry and scholarship programs. Her commitment to empowering young women sets Miss Texas Volunteer apart from the rest.
RACHEL BUSTER, Heart of Texas Princess Director
Rachel leads the Heart of Texas Princess program.
With a degree in early intervention and childhood development, Rachel is able to share her passion for young children.
If you are a girl between the ages of 6 and 12 years old, you can share in the excitement of the Miss Texas Volunteer experience through the Heart of Texas Princess Program!
